“Their menu is phenomenal. I enjoyed everything from the free bowl of nibblers they bring out as soon as you're seated to the ginger ice cream I had for dessert. The restaurant's ambience, however, is even more reason to return. Elegance and sophistication seeps from a majestic waterfall backdrop and around the sparkling mounds reminiscent of salt harvesting in Karma’s Zen-laced panorama. The host-stand is separated from the dining room by “life-sized” blown glass bamboo sticks which are illuminated with fiber-optic cables. The wooden tables in the dining room are adorned with both Western flatware and sleek, black chopsticks, which enhance Karma’s modern and serene staging. Come expecting a pleasurable experience.

Karma is a restaurant I would recommend to anyone. Definitely worth the trip from the city for a nice night out with a friend or that special someone!”

“What a surprise! This restaurant is so impressive-from the moment you enter the room through dessert, everything was great. Unusual menu with lots of variety; all perfectly prepared. And the setting! Both the bar area and the restaurant are stunning. I couldn't believe that I was in Mundelein. You'd expect to find such a restaurant in Chicago, New York or LA! Bravo to the staff, designer and chef!”
